Plans
Core and Smart access is provided according to the active subscription. Custom configurations may have separate scope, implementation and support terms.
Add-ons
Optional modules are billed separately unless they are specifically included in a written commercial proposal.
Third-party charges
Hardware, payment fees, WhatsApp/API messaging fees and third-party platform charges are separate unless explicitly included.
Custom development
Restaurant-specific workflows, integrations and multi-outlet deployments may require a separate quotation, timeline and acceptance scope.
